Okay this post is simply to point out to Joey that I am now updating my blog way more then he is.

God Damn Pepsi. I have been trying like crazy to get PIN numbers so I can enter online and win an iPod. It was going good until Pepsi not only moved the no purchase necessary section to make it harder to get a PIN number without purchasing but now they seem to have put super glue on their bottles so that it is next to impossible to get the labels off. Where are the PIN numbers you ask... under the labels.

Damn you Pepsi, I'm now using my poker winnings to save up for an iPod. Lets see at -$5 a week I should have it in no time :(

Went to see a doctor today about my wrist. I have inflamed tendons caused by... wait for it... too much typing. So I need to take an anti-inflammatory, rearrange my work station, not injure it and come back in a week if it is not better. Thank you so much oh wonderful doctor

Okay so I have decided that I am going to look into trading in my current run down, always breaking body and see if I can get a new one. The two latest incidents have involved my eyes and my wrist.

First the eyes, about 3 weeks ago on a Sunday I got out of bed and was checking some sites on the computer when I got a big spot before my eyes, like I had looked into the sun or a bright light. The problem became when the spot didn't go away. It took a couple of hours but eventually it disappeared but left me with a strong dislike of anything bright. That included the TV so I spent the rest of the day listening to football. When it was hard to look at the computer screen at work on Monday I thought I better go to the eye doctor. I made an appointment for that evening and went to see Dr. Louis (real name is Dr Lewis blanchette but I prefer Dr Louis) I had my eyes dilated, and he examined them closely with a very bright light,didn't I tell him that hurt :( Anyway, Dr. Louis' diagnosis was that I had a migraine ??? Okay I guess we will go with that, he is having me come back in a month (next week now) to make sure that is all it was.

Now my wrist. I have had problems with my wrist on and off for years now so I assume it will go away soon. I have never really had a doctor diagnose what is wrong with my wrist because the pain eventually goes away. I started off this time thinking it was carpal tunnel, my supervisor here at work has it so he set my work station up better and was giving me some exercises. Well I then decided to search the net to see what I could find. I didn't find much but I do know I don't have carpal tunnel. That effects the thumb and first finger as well as the wrist and my pain effect my wrist, pinky and ring finger as well as the base of my arm. I think I will call Dr. Murphy this week to see if I can get a better diagnosis.

Okay enough about the problems I have eight and a half more weeks and I go home for Christmas. WooHoo.

The Christmas season can officially start now. I picked up the Sears WishBook at lunch time. So many memories.

My new obsession - Apple iPod

unfortunately my obsession is smack dab in the middle of a Pepsi promotion to give away one iPod every hour until December sometime. You collect pin numbers from the bottles and enter them online. Every hour one winner is picked and then it all starts again.

I have been entering pin numbers as I get them but Joe and I have decided the best plan of attack is to collect a large number of pin numbers and enter them all in the same draw, increasing my chances. You can get free pin numbers online as well so I have about 7 now and I will keep going for a day or two. So hopefully this will all end in me getting an iPod.

We had a lot of visitors recently, Bob, Irene, Tony, and then San for Thanksgiving. Joe and I are still getting used to the apartment being empty. Feels lonely just the two of us.
