Last month Joe and I started watching the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series. We had never watched it when it was on tv but after hearing so many things from friends and then really enjoying Firefly we thought it was finally time to watch it.

The first three seasons went great, we rent them from Video Difference around the corner from our apartment and they let you rent the whole season for a week at a time. As I said the first three seasons were great... then there was a spin off. Angel began airing its first season as Buffy started her 4th. What's the problem you might ask, the two shows tie way to closely together so you have to watch them together. Meaning we have 44 episodes (42 minutes each) of tv to watch every week!!! Man that's a lot of tv. After we finish this week (Buffy season 6 and Angel season 3) we are going to take a break for a little while and have lives again.

The reason I started this post was to write to quote from the guy at Video difference last night. We were renting Buffy and they clean the DVDs before they give them to you. There are 6 discs he has to do so there is a little bit of a wait. The cashiers usually come up with some sort of conversation, the weather, a comment on your movie selection but this guy took the cake. As he was cleaning the DVDs he said... "So, are you really into the Vampire slaying" oh yeah buddy we go out hunting vampires every night :)
