Rain Rain go away, come again another day.

It has been raining ALL weekend. I don't think it has stopped since Thursday night. It really started to pour today just as Dad was going out to BBQ ;)

Bob and Irene got back from their Calgary/Vegas trip. They had a great time, lots of beautiful pictures.

Work is going good, always lots to do so I am never bored. Joe is working really hard on the thesis, the closer he gets to the end the harder he works. I think he can see the finish line and he is really looking forward to just having the thing done. Once he is finished he will have 5 weeks before he goes up to Kingston for his defense. I am really looking forward to the trip up there, once I get the dates I will let everyone in Kingston know.

San just got back from a week in Toronto. She said it was already hot and muggy there and June just started. We had one "muggy" day here last week. I will admit it was more humid then usually but there was always a nice ocean breeze so it was tolerable.

hummm what else is going on. I got my hair cut, I didn't take a picture this time like I did last time but it is quite a bit shorter. It's really cute I like it. It's nice to be able to go into your hairdresser and say "do whatever you want, I trust you" and come away with a nice haircut. I have been getting my hair done by Karen for 9 years now (except those Kingston days and even then I got her to do it on vacation) she did my hair for my high school prom, my wedding and many countless occasions. She knows my hair and my curls like her :)

I think that's it, time to go stare at the rain and will it to stop. I hope to get into the lake in the next few weeks but a couple more nice hot days first, I'm not crazy.
